As one of Lexington’s best kept secrets in the construction game, Greystone specializes in immaculate custom homes, historic restoration and steadfast commercial buildings. For that reason, we let the work speak for itself on their new website, which included some interactive elements such as the before / after slider on the home page.

From introduction to project completion, Greystone guides clients through the excitement and intensity that comes with building projects. Kismet developed a series of project phase-specific animated GIFs to send to clients and strategic partners, as well as a video series to streamline the client onboarding process.
Brand Assets
Greystone is a dream client who is open to just about anything if it makes a project better or incites a good laugh. Thus, Kismet has delivered everything from traditional corporate stationery, work order forms and proposal templates to client journey maps, promotional swag and branded construction site porta-potties (yes, you read that correctly).
Signage
Greystone injects a sense of humor into much of their marketing, which results in an ever-expanding assortment of custom signage. Their arsenal currently ranges from solar-lit post and arm yard signs and large format mesh banners to the less conventional Covid-19 protocol A-frames and branded porta-potty panels used to “beautify” the construction site.
