Inspired by the brands of its property owner, 3FORTY’s custom font was designed to marry existing line-work with a nod to the architecture of the angular, mid-century building.
Accompanying their grand-opening, multi-purpose print ads were created and placed to spark interest among targeted clientele. Plus, personalized touches in the guest rooms tout high-end finishes that are sure to leave an impression.

Kismet developed a sleek, micro-interactive website to showcase the six upscale units, each lovingly and intentionally crafted to immerse you in the best of central Kentucky culture. The website drives traffic to their Airbnb listings, while providing recommendations on local attractions.
STRATEGY
In addition to its brand collateral, Kismet developed ongoing marketing strategies to generate bookings and amplify brand recognition, including Google display ads, social media strategy and a long-term business development playbook.
