Omni-channel Creative for an Awe-inspiring Venue that Embodies an Alchemy of Authentic Social Interaction and Artful Living
STRATEGY
Everything from digital and print to experiential strategies were leveraged to redefine, as well as elevate, the brand positions of The Apiary – Lexington’s premiere catering, wedding and event venue, and The Golden Skep – an ultra-exclusive, invitation-only social and culinary club. Our omni-channel marketing approach also encompassed member and employee recruitment and retention strategies, as well as mailing list growth and lead generation tactics.
DESIGN
Design services involved a myriad of assets including multiple websites, inbound and outbound print collateral, event/social media graphics and digital ad campaigns. Extremely diverse placement and format were balanced through contiguous design, messaging and application. Through intentional yet explorative design, each asset was carefully and seamlessly tethered to the client’s brand, which allowed people to experience a hint of the inimitable concept.
DIGITAL
Our broad digital scope of work covered the design of two highly-customized websites – including an interactive and intuitive member portal, digital ads, geofencing and remarketing campaigns, weekly member and public email campaigns to an audience of more than 3,000 individuals, social media strategy and content development, as well as performance/analytics tracking. All digital efforts were planned and executed with emphasis on UI/UX best practices.
COPYWRITING
Kismet helped create and implement an intrinsically unique, yet individually defined, brand voice for The Apiary and The Golden Skep. The established base tone was acutely honed to reflect and project the thematic depth of each curated interaction – whether on-site or off-premises. While event-specific verbiage ranged from refined and whimsical to reverent and evocative, consistency of master brand voice stitched everything together into a prismatic textual tapestry.
